2014 Leading Change Through Health

For 50 years St. John’s has been leading “change through health” in South L.A. by continuous and growing access to primary health care for all low-income residents, advocating for health insurance coverage for all, including undocumented immigrants, addressing the social determinants of health, supporting healthcare for the tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors fleeing violence and brutality in Central America, providing a living wage of $15 an hour for every St. John’s employee, and expanding our services to homeless and transgender community residents.
