Welcome to St. John’s Community Health

We provide medical, dental, pediatric, behavioral and mental health and support services in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties to low-income, uninsured, and publicly-insured individuals and families in our health centers and mobile clinics. Our mission is to improve community health and reduce health disparities by delivering high quality, comprehensive services and impacting health and social policy.

Indio Grand Opening

On January 28th we are hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community resource fair at our newest community clinic in the Inland Empire. Join us for the Grand Opening of our Indio Health Center at 82025 Highway 111, Indio, CA 92201. Free giveaways, children’s activities, lunch, health screenings and more. Come celebrate with us.

Black Maternal & Infant Care

St. John’s Committed to Black Wellness and Health Program (CBWH) was created to improve the health and quality of life of Expectant/ New Mothers and Babies within a culturally competent and affirming environment that empowers Black Women.

2023-24 Impact Report

The work of providing healthcare to underserved communities is not easy. We are committed to fighting for healthcare for immigrants and trans people, fighting for reproductive rights and expanding our Black maternal and infant health program.

Food Bank

St. John’s Community Health in collaboration with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, is inviting all families to our facility to receive FREE healthy food! Available at our Avalon and Crenshaw Clinics on some Mondays and Thursdays. Click below to see schedule .
