The Referral Center team strives to seamlessly transition patients from St. Johns Community Health to external diagnostic imaging exams & specialist. When you are referred to a specialist, the location is determined by your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider directly if you have any concerns regarding any external imagining/ specialty referrals or need to update your demographics.
